Following the success of the HEL \u003ca href=\"\/GRYARISCCK\"\u003eYaris GR oil catch can kit\u003c\/a\u003e, we had to bring the Corolla GR into the workshop. Our goal was simple; to design and manufacture \u003cb\u003euser-friendly\u003c\/b\u003e, easy-to-install kits that require either \u003cb\u003eno\u003c\/b\u003e, or \u003cb\u003every little\u003c\/b\u003e modifications.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\n   During the design process, we took aftermarket air intake and induction kits into consideration. The mounting bracket and oil catch can assembly doesn't protrude further than the surrounding vacuum hoses, so it doesn't interfere with large intake ducts like the Eventuri and MST kits.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\n   To ensure \u003cb\u003eperfect fitment\u003c\/b\u003e, we \u003cb\u003e3D laser scanned\u003c\/b\u003e the engine bay, engine, and ancillaries. After determining the ideal position for the catch can, custom mounting brackets were designed using the factory mounting points. We 3D-printed a prototype for fitment testing before manufacturing the final aluminum version. All HEL oil catch can brackets are laser cut, precision-folded, and powder-coated in black, resulting in a \u003cb\u003estealthy\u003c\/b\u003e finish.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\n   Introducing an oil catch can to the PCV system will \u003cb\u003eseparate\u003c\/b\u003e any oil and water residue and prevent the build-up of aerated oil and carbon deposits. Having cleaner air between the engine's crankcase and intake manifold will result in \u003cb\u003elower hydrocarbon emissions\u003c\/b\u003e and \u003cb\u003eimproved engine performance\u003c\/b\u003e.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\n   Delivered with \u003cb\u003epre-assembled\u003c\/b\u003e high-flow performance silicone hoses and aluminium fittings, our comprehensive kit has everything required for a \u003cb\u003estraightforward installation\u003c\/b\u003e. We've added a handy anodised Red dipstick to check the contaminant levels that are collected in the oil catch can.
