Check Fluid Levels

Oil: Ensure the oil level is within the recommended range. Check for any signs of oil leaks.

Coolant: Verify the coolant level and inspect for any signs of leaks or contamination.

Fuel: I personally like to change out fuel filters every other oil change.

Inspect for Leaks

Perform a visual inspection under the truck for any signs of leaks, including oil, coolant, and fuel.

Inspect Tires

Tire Pressure: Check tire pressure and adjust as needed to ensure proper inflation.

Tread Depth: Inspect tire tread for wear and replace tires if necessary.

Check Battery

Inspect the battery terminals and cables for corrosion. Clean and tighten connections if needed.

Examine Belts and Hoses

Check for any signs of wear, cracks, or leaks in the belts and hoses. Replace any damaged components.

Inspect Air Filter

Check the air filter for dirt and debris. Replace the air filter if it appears clogged or dirty.

Test Brakes

Test the brakes for proper function. Listen for any unusual noises and inspect the brake pads and rotors for wear.

Check Lights

Ensure all lights, including headlights, taillights, turn signals, and brake lights, are functioning properly.

Change Engine Oil and Filter

Replace the engine oil and oil filter to maintain proper lubrication and performance. (Hotshots Black Diamond Oil is our recommendation & for the filter an AC Delco will work fine.)

Inspect Transmission Fluid

Check the transmission fluid level and condition. Top off or replace as needed.

Check Differential Fluid

Inspect the differential fluid level and condition. Replace if necessary.

Rotate Tires

Rotate the tires to ensure even wear and extend tire life.

Replace Fuel Filter

Replace the fuel filter to ensure clean fuel delivery to the engine.

Inspect Cooling System

Check the coolant level and condition. Flush and replace the coolant if necessary.
