The Stage 2 upgrade for the 2001-2004 LB7 Duramax combines our Stage 1 High Flow Bundle and Stage 2 Intake Kit into a single package, providing increased airflow for your turbo and engine for improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up.

*Upgrade Details:*

This kit replaces the restrictive OEM LB7 Y-Bridge, passenger side intercooler pipe, and driver side intercooler pipe with a high flow, 3” mandrel-bent aluminum piping kit. The piping kit features WCFab's signature TIG welded, CNC machined billet y-bridge base to help increase throttle response, turbo spool-up, and reduce EGTs (Exhaust Gas Temperatures) by creating a full 3" intake tract between your turbo and engine.

The high-flow, fabricated aluminum air intake pipe and air box enclosure with a dry filter assembly replace the restrictive plastic factory parts on your diesel for improved engine performance. The all-new design significantly increases airflow to your turbo, producing more horsepower and torque, quicker throttle response, and cooler intake temperatures by drawing cold air through the inner fender. All aluminum construction features large-diameter 4" piping with smooth aerodynamic bends to improve intake air velocity and volume, providing a more aggressive engine and turbo sound during acceleration. The air box is constructed of 10G aluminum sheet.

The removable air box lid element allows for easy visual inspection and maintenance of your WCFab filter with the included hydrophobic pre-filter cover, helping to keep your MAF sensor, turbo, and engine airways contaminant-free.

Includes High Flow 3.5 in. Turbo Intake Horn, which removes restrictions in the OEM setup to improve turbo spool and top-end power. This high-flow 3.5 in. horn is fully compatible with both OEM and upgraded drop-in IHI-style turbochargers.

The kit includes upgraded high-quality silicone boots that withstand higher pressures and temperatures than the failure-prone, angled factory parts to increase reliability and help eliminate boost leaks. Includes Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (FPRV) Block Off Kit to allow proper clearance for the larger diameter Y-Bridge assembly.
