This is one of those parts you don’t realize you need until you’ve needed it twice. These 1.5” oval mounting plates are simple, clean, and endlessly useful — perfect for bolt-in harness bars, removable crossmembers, access points, or panel tie-ins.
Each plate is laser-cut from 1/4” thick HRPO steel for excellent weldability with no mill scale cleanup. The oval cutout fits 1.5” tubing, and the bolt holes are sized at .510” — giving you room for 1/2” hardware without being sloppy or undersized.
These are commonly used in cage work, suspension bracing, and body mounts, but the design is versatile enough for any custom fab project where clean bolt-on functionality matters.
