This 3/4" x 5/8" rod end kit includes everything you need to build a compact, high-strength suspension or steering link in tight quarters. Built around a heat-treated chromoly Heim joint with a 5/8" bore and left-hand thread, it’s ideal for lightweight or mid-size link setups. With a 1" ID tube adapter and stainless misalignment spacers for 1.5" brackets, this setup is ready to weld and wheel. Only left-hand thread available—once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Tips to Help Prevent Any Seized or Warped Threads

• Do not weld the tube adapter with the rod end threaded in place—different cooling rates can seize the joint.
• Start your weld puddle on the tube, not the adapter.
• Allow everything to fully cool before threading in the Heim.

We only recommend using Tri-Flow to service our rod ends. Using products like WD-40 or Blaster will void the warranty.
