Get the factory CCV filter off your 6.7 for good. The stock CCV system pushes oily blow by gas into your intake. Over time it coats the intake and intercooler with oil, the filter clogs, and crankcase pressure builds until you have oil leaks. This billet kit replaces the factory filter housing and sends the blow by where you choose.

Fits: 2011 to 2026 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty with the 6.7L Powerstroke, all cab styles
Finish: Black anodized or raw billet aluminum
Made in the USA. Machined in house with the Powerhouse logo on the plates. In stock and ships same day.

Rated 4.8 stars by over 100 owners.

What's in the box

  • Billet aluminum cover plates
  • All bolts and hardware
  • 3/4 inch hose

A catch can, baffle and breather are sold separately. See the add ons below.

6.7 Powerstroke CCV reroute vs CCV delete

This kit sets up either way. Pick the one that fits how you use the truck.

  • Reroute: Run the hose to a catch can. The can traps the oil mist so it never reaches the intake or intercooler. Empty the can from time to time.
  • Delete: Run the hose down past the frame with a breather filter on the end so the gas vents outside. For off road and competition use only.

Install overview

Owners call it an easy bolt on job. One customer finished his 2019 in 35 minutes. Most of the time goes into getting the factory CCV filter housing out.

  1. Unplug the CCV sensor, then remove the factory CCV filter housing and filter.
  2. Bolt the billet plates in place with the supplied hardware.
  3. Connect the 3/4 inch hose and route it to your catch can, or down past the frame with a breather.
  4. Deal with the CCV sensor. On some years it has to be plugged back in, or turned off in your tune, or the truck can set a check engine light.

Owner tip: The included hose reaches about to the bottom of the wheel well. If you want to run it back along the frame, add a few feet of 3/4 inch hose. Silicone hose holds its shape best on a long run.
