DESCRIPTION:
A 6.7 Powerstroke injector must deliver precise, consistent fuel delivery to support the power, efficiency, and smooth operation of Ford's modern diesel platform. Replacing a worn, contaminated, or failing injector can help restore proper combustion, improve drivability, and return the fuel system to dependable operation.
Accurate injector performance plays a critical role in starting, throttle response, power delivery, combustion quality, and overall engine efficiency. A compromised injector can contribute to rough operation, hard starting, misfires, excessive smoke, reduced performance, or other drivability concerns.
Ford Powerstroke fuel injector set of 8 for 11-19 model years. Ranging from stock injectors to performance injectors. We utilize a SAC style nozzle on each injector. Injectors come with new o-rings and copper washers. All injectors are built and tested with top of the line specialized equipment, testing at 2800 Bar (40,000 psi) with a +/- 1% balance rate. What this means is no coding necessary for these injectors after installation.

Stock - OE replacement. All internal components replaced and meets OE specifications
15% Over - Perfect for stock trucks looking for an additional boost in power, better fuel economy & atomization and better towing.
30% Over - More for fun daily driving with minimal towing. We recommend a larger turbo if plan on using for towing along with custom tuning for best drivability & performance. Injectors capable of 600+ Hp
50% Over - No towing recommended. With supporting fuel mods, turbo and custom tuning, this set of injectors are capable of 700+ Hp.
75% Over - This is a RACE ONLY injector! All fuel mods, turbo and custom tuning are required for these injectors. Please call with any questions before purchasing injectors if unsure of what size you need.
100% Over - This is a RACE ONLY injector. Upgraded turbo and fuel pumps required. We also recommend adding an upgraded intercooler and exhaust system. Custom tuning is required. Please call with any questions before purchasing injectors if unsure of what size you need.
