If you’ve bent or broken your stock tie rod, this is the replacement you should have started with. Made from 1.5" diameter, .250" wall DOM tubing and paired with 7/8" heat-treated chromoly heims, this kit is designed to take hit after hit without flinching. It’s a serious strength upgrade over thin-wall or solid tie rods, and it’s built the RuffStuff way—overkill from the start.

Installation Notes

• Steering arms must be drilled to 3/4" to fit this kit.
• This is a DIY kit and requires welding by a competent person with proper equipment.
• Check steering clearance at full lock—bends may be needed to clear diff covers, sway bar mounts, or other components before cutting to length.
