Designed to handle serious trail abuse, this Dana 30 cover fits everything from old Jeepsters to Wranglers, Cherokees, and early Broncos. Built from 3/8" A50 plate steel with a tensile strength of 50,000 PSI, the one-piece cap is bent 8 ways and fully welded to a 3/8" ring. Machined flat after welding for a perfect seal. Tie rod clearance is ~3/4" and clears all Dana 30 setups we've come across. Backed by a lifetime guarantee.
