Heavy-Duty Dana 30 Cover with Built-In Steering Stabilizer Mount
This Dana 30 differential cover is made to pair with our Y-Link 1 Ton Steering Kit for Jeep TJ, LJ, XJ, ZJ, and MJ. The built-in 1/4" thick mounting tabs (with 1/2" holes) allow direct mounting of a steering stabilizer. A CNC-machined 1.5" OD clamp from 1020 DOM is included, featuring a 1/2" threaded hole for easy installation. By relocating the stabilizer away from the drag link and track bar, you get improved steering feel and cleaner geometry.
Made from 3/8" A50 plate steel with a 50,000 PSI tensile strength, this cover has a one-piece cap bent 8 ways and welded to a 3/8" ring. After welding, the surface is machined flat to ensure a clean, leak-free fit. Built for serious trail use, from the Rubicon to Johnson Valley. Includes a lifetime guarantee.
