This Dana 44 differential cover is built to handle serious trail abuse and fits a wide range of rigs—from Scouts and full-size trucks to Jeeps, Land Cruisers, and buggies. Made from 3/8" A50 plate steel with 50,000 PSI tensile strength, the one-piece cap is bent 8 ways and welded to a 3/8" ring for maximum strength. The sealing surface is machined perfectly flat after welding to ensure a leak-free fit.
Designed for rock crawling and hardcore off-road use, this cover clears standard steering setups and includes an Allen head bolt kit with washers. Backed by a lifetime guarantee.
