These U-bolt plates are designed for the larger axle tubes found on Dana 70 HD and Dana 80 axles. Built for use with 2.5" wide leaf springs, they provide a strong, reliable mounting platform for heavy-duty applications.
The plates are CNC-cut from 3/8" thick HR P&O steel and feature three spring pin mounting positions to fine-tune axle placement. They fit axle tube diameters ranging from 2.5" to 4" and work with either 9/16" or 5/8" U-bolts—though 5/8" is recommended for added strength.
