Universal Rock Slider Builder Kit for 1.75" DOM Tubing (No Outer Tubes Included)
This DIY rock slider kit is designed for builders without access to a tube bender. It gives you the core components to create a custom-length rock slider setup using your own 1.75" x .120 wall DOM tubing for the inner and outer slider bars. This approach eliminates the size limitations of pre-bent kits while still giving you strong, trail-ready sliders.
The kit uses 3/16" end caps cut at a 45° angle, 5.25" spacing between tubes, and multiple frame mount legs made from 1.75" DOM with frame plates and gussets. All components come unwelded, and there are enough parts for both sides of the vehicle.
