This Exhaust/Intake Valve Kit is designed for select 2010-2017 Buick, Chevrolet, and GMC vehicles equipped with the reliable 2.4L L4 145cid 16-Valve DOHC engine, including the Buick LaCrosse, Regal, and Verano, Chevrolet Captiva Sport, Equinox, Impala, and Malibu, and GMC Terrain. Known for its balance of fuel efficiency and everyday performance, the 2.4L DOHC engine relies on properly functioning intake and exhaust valves to maintain correct airflow, combustion efficiency, and engine power. Routine maintenance of the valve train is essential because worn or damaged intake valves can lead to rough idling, reduced fuel economy, loss of power, engine misfires, hard starting, increased emissions, and poor overall performance. In severe cases, failing valves can result in compression loss and costly engine repairs. Whether you're restoring performance in a family-friendly Chevrolet Malibu, a comfortable Buick LaCrosse, a sporty Buick Regal, or a versatile Chevrolet Equinox or GMC Terrain crossover, installing a quality valve kit helps keep your engine operating as intended. At Partsology, you'll find premium OEM-quality engine components like this Exhaust/Intake Valve Kit at amazing prices, making it easier to maintain long-term reliability and performance without overspending.
