Ferrari 12 Cilindri VANTA Edition F1 Exhaust System - Yonristic Performance
Ferrari 12 Cilindri VANTA Edition Valved Performance Exhaust System
Extended X-Pipe | Dual Valve Control | Factory Tailpipe Integration
Unleash the 9,500-RPM Ferrari V12
The Yonristic Performance VANTA Edition Exhaust System is engineered to bring out the full character of the Ferrari 12Cilindri’s naturally aspirated 6.5L V12.
Built around an extended X-pipe architecture, active valved rear sections, and factory Ferrari tailpipe integration, the system delivers a cleaner, sharper, and progressively higher-pitched exhaust note as engine speed rises.
Available in AISI 304 stainless steel or lightweight Ti-6Al-4V titanium, the entire cat-back system is treated with our signature gold ceramic thermal coating for improved heat management and a distinctive premium finish.
For customers looking for a complete exhaust package, optional one-piece MaxFlow, 200-cell, and 400-cell catalyst assemblies are also available with dedicated external heat shielding.
Product
The Ferrari 12Cilindri is defined by its naturally aspirated V12, but the factory exhaust must balance sound with emissions requirements, heat control, packaging, and grand-touring refinement.
The Yonristic VANTA Edition system is designed with a different priority: allowing the V12 to sound as clean, exotic, and emotional as possible while maintaining the level of engineering expected from a Ferrari.
The system begins with an extended center X-pipe that allows the left and right cylinder banks to interact before exhaust reaches the rear muffler assemblies. This crossover arrangement helps create a more unified exhaust frequency and reduces the disconnected tone common to fully separated dual exhaust paths.
At lower engine speeds, the system retains the deep mechanical character expected from a large-displacement V12. Through the midrange, the sound becomes smoother and more cohesive. As RPM rises, the note becomes increasingly sharp, clean, and high-pitched, allowing the engine’s natural upper-frequency harmonics to become much more pronounced.
The rear sections incorporate active exhaust valves, giving the vehicle two distinct personalities. With the valves closed, the system remains significantly more controlled for cruising and normal street driving. With the valves open, exhaust follows the freer-flowing path, allowing the V12 and extended X-pipe to deliver their full acoustic character.
Extended X-Pipe Architecture
The extended X-pipe is the central acoustic feature of the system.
Rather than using a short crossover simply to connect the two exhaust banks, the Yonristic design creates a longer interaction zone between the left and right sides of the V12.
This allows pressure waves from both cylinder banks to blend more progressively as RPM increases, helping create a smoother harmonic transition and a cleaner high-frequency exhaust note.
The result is not simply more volume. The exhaust develops a more refined progression throughout the rev range, becoming increasingly exotic as the engine approaches its 9,500-rpm upper range.
Factory or Remote Valve Control
Every VANTA Edition exhaust is designed to support both factory Ferrari valve control and Yonristic remote valve control using the same exhaust assembly.
Factory Valve Control
The original Ferrari valve actuators can be transferred to the Yonristic exhaust, allowing the vehicle to maintain its factory-controlled exhaust behavior.
This is ideal for owners who want an OEM-style experience while upgrading the exhaust architecture and sound.
Yonristic Remote Valve Control
The exhaust can alternatively be operated using the Yonristic remote valve control system.
This configuration gives the driver direct control over the valves rather than relying on factory ECU programming.
With the valves closed, the exhaust remains more refined and controlled.
With the valves open, the system releases its most aggressive sound and freer-flowing exhaust path.
For maximum sound control, the remote valve configuration is recommended.
Factory Ferrari Tailpipe Integration
The 12Cilindri has a distinctive rear design, so the VANTA Edition system is engineered to preserve it.
Instead of replacing the exterior appearance with generic aftermarket exhaust tips, the system is designed around the factory Ferrari tailpipe brackets and original outlet architecture.
This allows the visible rear of the vehicle to maintain Ferrari’s original styling while replacing the exhaust components behind it with a much more performance-focused system.
The result is an OEM-integrated appearance with a completely transformed exhaust experience.
Gold Ceramic Thermal Coating
The complete cat-back system is treated with a premium gold ceramic thermal coating.
The coating creates a thermal barrier directly on the exhaust surface, helping reduce radiant heat transferred toward surrounding vehicle components while retaining more heat within the exhaust stream.
This is particularly valuable during sustained high-RPM driving, where exhaust temperatures can rise significantly.
Compared with relying solely on conventional external shielding, ceramic coating provides a lightweight approach to thermal management while also protecting the surface of the exhaust from heat-related discoloration.
The signature gold finish gives the system a distinctive appearance while serving a genuine thermal-management function.
Stainless Steel or Titanium
Two construction options are available.
AISI 304 Stainless Steel
AISI 304 stainless steel provides excellent corrosion resistance, thermal durability, and long-term strength.
Its acoustic characteristics produce a substantial, rich V12 tone and make it an excellent choice for owners looking for durability and strong sound without the additional cost of titanium.
Ti-6Al-4V Titanium
The titanium configuration is designed for owners prioritizing weight reduction and maximum acoustic response.
Ti-6Al-4V offers excellent strength at significantly lower weight than stainless steel and produces a lighter, sharper resonance that complements the upper-frequency character of the extended X-pipe.
On a naturally aspirated engine capable of reaching 9,500 rpm, the titanium system further emphasizes the high-RPM character of the V12.
Optional Catalyst Packages
The VANTA Edition system can be paired with complete Yonristic front catalyst assemblies.
All catalyst options use a one-piece construction with dedicated external heat shielding around the highest-temperature sections.
MaxFlow
The MaxFlow configuration provides the least restrictive exhaust path and the strongest overall sound.
It is designed for maximum flow, maximum volume, and the most aggressive V12 character.
This option is intended for off-road and track applications where permitted.
200-Cell High-Flow Catalysts
The 200-cell configuration is the more performance-focused catted option.
It offers significantly greater flow than the factory catalyst while retaining a catalytic substrate, producing a louder and more immediate exhaust character than the 400-cell configuration.
400-Cell High-Flow Catalysts
The 400-cell option is designed for a more refined setup.
It improves exhaust flow while retaining greater catalyst density, making it the most controlled of the three options while still allowing significantly more V12 character than the factory system.
Heat-Shielded One-Piece Catalyst Construction
The optional catalyst assemblies are manufactured as complete one-piece sections to minimize unnecessary connections and maintain a clean exhaust pathway.
Dedicated external heat shielding surrounds the high-temperature catalyst areas to help reduce radiant heat and protect nearby components.
This works together with the gold ceramic coating on the cat-back system to provide comprehensive thermal management throughout the complete exhaust setup.
Catalyst Monitoring Notice
Replacing the factory catalytic converters with high-flow or free-flow components may cause the vehicle’s emissions monitoring system to detect catalyst-efficiency values outside the original ECU parameters.
Depending on the selected catalyst configuration, vehicle software, and market specification, a separately purchased OBD/CEL solution may be required.
An OBD/CEL solution is not included with the standard exhaust or catalyst package unless specifically stated at the time of purchase.
Signature Features
Extended X-Pipe V12 Tuning
A long-form crossover allows both cylinder banks to interact more effectively, creating a cleaner and increasingly high-pitched V12 note as RPM rises.
Dual Valve-Control Compatibility
The same exhaust system supports either the original Ferrari valve actuators or Yonristic remote valve control, allowing customers to choose between OEM integration and direct manual control.
Complete Thermal Management
Gold ceramic coating protects the cat-back system while dedicated external shielding surrounds the optional catalyst assemblies, reducing radiant heat without unnecessarily adding weight throughout the entire exhaust.
