FJ60 SOA Kit – Stock Axles

Complete spring-over-axle kit for FJ60 on stock axles; welding required

This kit supplies the core hardware to convert a Toyota FJ60 to spring-over-axle while keeping stock axles. It includes perches, U-bolt plates, hangers, shackles, U-bolts, shock brackets, and hardware so you aren’t piecing parts together. Leaf springs are not included, and a 0° or 10° degree plate is provided to set caster and pinion to your steering and driveline targets.

Run the system with or without a shackle reversal based on your packaging and ride goals. Mock up the axles to verify caster, pinion angle, shackle angle, brake line routing, and driveshaft clearance before welding. Use the diff-cut perch on the differential side where U-bolt clearance is tight, then fully weld and re-torque all hardware after final assembly.

Note

Test-fit all components and confirm caster, pinion angle, shackle angle, brake line routing, and driveshaft clearance prior to welding. Install the diff-cut perch on the differential side to resolve U-bolt interference near the third member. After welding, recheck alignment, torque all hardware, and cycle suspension to verify clearance.
