Flat Bottom U-Bolt — 3-5/8" × 5/8" × 10"

Square U-bolt for 3.625" square axle tubes with 5/8" rod (sold individually)

This flat-bottom U-bolt fits Rockwell-style 3-5/8" (3.625") square axle tubes and uses a 5/8" (.625") rod for high clamping strength. Threads are rolled for durability with 5" of threaded length to accommodate common plate and spring stacks, and legs measure 10". Each U-bolt is Grade 8 and includes tall nuts and hardened washers for proper clamping.

Use with U-bolt plates designed for 5/8" hardware; plates with smaller holes may need to be drilled to 5/8" for clearance. Verify that threads extend fully through the tall nut after torque, then trim any excess length once clamp load is set. Re-torque after the first shakedown run or miles to maintain clamping force.
