Flat Link Tab Set

3/8" steel link tabs with 9/16" hole — choose any 3 pairs

This set supplies six weld-on link tabs made from .375" (3/8") plate with a 9/16" bolt hole for common link hardware. The extra thickness provides strength comparable to paired 1/4" brackets while keeping packaging simple. Pick any mix of Small, Medium, and Large to match your bracket spacing and joint size.

Tabs can be used singly for 3-link layouts or paired and bridged to create a custom double-shear 4-link bracket. The flat faces make fixturing straightforward on frames, trusses, or crossmembers, and the 9/16" hole suits typical 1.25" joint hardware. Sold as a kit of six pieces (three matched pairs) for flexible setup.

Note

Set tab spacing to your joint width and misalignment spacers, tack in place, cycle suspension, then weld fully. Use proper 9/16" hardware and verify bolt shank clears the tab faces. For double-shear brackets, add a bridge plate between paired tabs and check clearance at full bump and droop.
