Each tab measures 1.75" from bolt centerline to the mounting surface and uses a 1/2" bolt hole to fit common shock sleeves and hardware. They are CNC laser cut from 0.25" HR P&O steel for consistent fit and repeatable alignment across pairs.
Intended for welding to a flat surface, these tabs offer versatile placement and reliable clamping for shock bushings. Verify bolt length, misalignment spacers, and bushing width before tacking, then cycle the suspension to confirm clearance at full bump and droop. Finish with full perimeter welds and recheck hardware torque after initial shakedown.
