Improve the power and sound from your 1997-2003 F150 4.6L or 5.4L V8 with these Coated Ceramic BBK Performance full length long tube exhaust headers. BBK Performance exhaust headers will increase your exhaust flow giving you additional horsepower and torque to the rear wheels. They will also give your modular V8 powered F150 a throaty exhaust note.
Ceramic Finish
This high heat polished silver ceramic finish will withstand high exhaust temperatures and unlike header wraps and traditional heat paint does not hold damaging heat and moisture around the part. Rather, the surface temperatures are reduced extending the life of the part. This BBK silver ceramic finish will keep its good looks and last a lot longer than traditional cheaper nickel Coated Ceramic finishes.
Designed to Perform
ALL BBK F150 exhaust headers are manufactured with 1-5/8" CNC mandrel bent primary tubing along with 3/8" thick laser cut header flanges to prevent heat distortion. The large diameter primary tube design creates unrestricted exhaust flow for major horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested at the factory to ensure leak free performance.
ALL Kits includes new gaskets and hardware.
