Digital assets like tuning credits are non-refundable once they have been processed by our team or HP Tuners. You must speak to us via phone during business hours to cancel a request if needed.
When the credits are successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Hinson Motorsports.
Note: You will need to resync your HP Tuner device to see your credits-there is no code that needs to be entered into the MPVI2, MPVI2+, MPVI3, & MPVI4 devices.
