This weld-on brace eliminates the flimsy factory aluminum spacer and replaces it with a solid steel structure that ties the steering box directly into the unibody with larger mounting bosses.
Built from 3/16" thick steel plate, this brace is cut to fit all 1984–2001 Jeep Cherokee XJs. It's sold uncoated, giving you the freedom to paint or coat it however you like after install.
