This differential cover pack is a direct upgrade for Jeep XJ Cherokees running the common Dana 30 front and Chrysler 8.25 rear axles. Designed to handle serious trail abuse, both covers are built from 3/8" thick plate steel, bent in 8 locations for strength, and fully welded inside and out. Whether you're daily driving or tackling rocky trails, this pack offers solid protection where it counts most.

The machined mounting surfaces ensure a perfect seal, and each cover includes M8-1.25 Allen bolts with washers for a clean install. Like all our diff covers, these are proudly built to last and backed by a lifetime warranty.

Note:

Ensure mating surfaces are cleaned and prepped before installation. RTV or your preferred gasket method is recommended for sealing. Torque bolts evenly in a crisscross pattern to prevent leaks.
