Power Driven AFC Live Max Travel Kit

Choosing the right Max Travel Kit:

• 21-30 psi – For bone stock trucks with no additional fueling upgrades, just AFC Live
• 30-35 psi – For trucks with a stock turbo but with additional fueling upgrades
• 35-45 psi – For trucks with a larger aftermarket turbocharger and additional fueling upgrades
• 45-60 psi – For trucks with multiple turbochargers and additional fueling upgrades producing high boost levels

The AFC Max Travel Kit is designed to work in conjunction with AFC Live. The AFC Max Travel Kit is categorized into specific boost ranges to allow maximum tunability for your specific turbo system. The AFC Max Travel Kit is not designed to work without AFC Live, as it will be far too light for a normal truck. AFC Live allows a very light spring to act as a very heavy one and everything in between. These are designed to help with very low-boost smoke control where the stock spring falls short.

When you loosen the star wheel to get maximum response, the stock spring is basically in "free float" for the first 5 psi. A stock spring can yield as much as 50% rack travel at 5 psi with the star wheel in the fully loosened position. This makes for a very smoky low end. With the AFC Max Travel Kit, we can effectively control low-boost situations with the star wheel in the fully loosened position. And then with AFC Live, you can make the spring rate act very heavy or very light, all while in the cab driving down the road.
