Pusher Intake Manifold for F250/350 6.4L Powerstroke turbo diesel engines in 2008-2010 Ford Superduty trucks. The intake manifold tubing is mandrel bent, the flange CNC-machined, and welds are TIG welded - all made in the USA. Available in a variety of powder coat colors, purposed to keep the Pusher system looking exceptional through years of use.
This is a direct replacement to the factory intake manifold and comes complete with all of the necessary hardware for a complete install. This performance intake manifold offers a 35% gain in air flow gain over the stock manifold due to the Pusher manifold maintaining a smooth and constant cross section. The manifold comes standard with two 1/8" NPT ports, a CNC machined o-ring groove on the bottom of the flange, and uses factory Ford hardware and a factory Ford o-ring gasket. Results include quicker turbo spool, lower EGT's, and less over all strain on your motor.
The Pusher intake manifold can be used with the factory passenger side intercooler tube or the Pusher passenger side intercooler tube.
This manifold is NOT EGR compatible, you must delete your EGR system prior to installing this manifold.
