These trailing arms are built for serious off-road performance where strength and reliability matter most. The key to their durability is the 1-piece main plate design that's bent 4 times instead of being welded together from multiple pieces. This approach gives you maximum strength, minimal welding, reduced warpage, and easier assembly. Fewer welds mean fewer potential failure points and a cleaner, stronger finished product.
Each arm measures 40" eye to eye and features a 2" x .25" wall DOM main tube for exceptional rigidity under load. The frame side uses 3" wide polyurethane bushings for smooth articulation and long-lasting performance, while the axle side gets our proven 1-1/4" heim joints for the strength and adjustability needed for serious wheeling. Integrated shock mounts feature 1/2" bolt holes positioned for 1.5" misalignment width, giving you flexibility in shock mounting options. Each welded arm weighs approximately 32.5 lbs.
