The XDP Remanufactured 6.4 Fuel Injector XD485 is a high-quality replacement for the malfunctioning injector in your 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. Each fuel injector has a re-honed injector body bore to restore original clearances. All new parts are used, and the spill flow has been reset to ensure correct pressure control with minimal losses. Each fuel injector nozzle is tested for leakage, needle lift, and flow while the actuators are certified to OE specification to ensure like-new performance.
