Getting Started:

1. Place Your Order: Select your tuning package that best fits your needs. Make sure all details are correct to avoid delays.

2. Receive Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll get an email with a link to an order form. Read this email carefully as it contains important information.

3. Fill Out the Order Form: Click the link in the email to fill out the order form. This gives us the details we need to create your custom tunes.

4. Order Processing: Once we have your form, our technicians will start working on your tune. You’ll get your custom tune within 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity of your order.

*NOTE : customizations or highly modified trucks require datalogging*

5. Receive Your Tune: Your custom tune will be sent via email with installation instructions. Or if you need purchased your own device it will be delivered to your doorstep.

Installation Options:

1. Pre-loaded AutoCal V3 Device: Purchase an AutoCal device with your tunes pre-loaded. Simply plug it in and go! *REQUIRED FOR HIGHLY MODIFIED TRUCKS* 

2. Bench Flashing Service: Send us your ECM or TCM. We’ll flash them on the bench & ship them back to you ASAP. *REQUIRED FOR LOCKED / BRICKED ECM's.*

3. Email Delivery: If you have an AutoCal or FlashScan, we’ll email your custom tune file. Make sure your device is unlinked from any previous tuner and has a VIN slot available.

Bench Flashing / Unlocking Service Expectations:

1. Place Your Order: Find your truck year & select “bench flash or unlocking services”.

2. Receive Order Form: Check your email for the order form link.

3. Package and Ship: Carefully package your ECM/TCM with bubble wrap to prevent damage. The shipping address will be in your confirmation email.

4. Processing Time:
- Bench Flashing: We’ll process and ship back your ECM/TCM within 1-2 business days.
- Unlocking Services: This can take up to 5 business days.

Comprehensive Remote Support and Updates:

All our sales include remote support and unlimited free updates. Plus, if you decide to upgrade to non-VGT, twins/compound setups, or larger injectors (30% increase), we’ve got you covered , will just require datalogging.

• Stock Transmissions: We offer varied power levels, but we recommend not exceeding an additional 120HP to avoid premature transmission failure.

**Important Note**: The LB7 E54 controller can experience issues while attempting to flash. Some might need specific fuses pulled. We recommend bench flashing for the best results. Please disconnect any aftermarket radio’s , alarm systems , or remote starts as these can interfere with the flash process.
